I’m an ACSM-certified personal trainer, a choir nerd turned exercise science nerd, and your friendly neighborhood bird-watcher who will always make sure you have water and a snack

I believe fitness doesn’t have to be complicated and you deserve to feel strong, capable, and supported wherever you’re starting from. With a trauma-informed, HAES-aligned, and body-inclusive approach, we work as a team to find an exercise routine that fits your body, brain, and life - not the other way around.
